CANCELLATION POLICY
At Timeless Vitality, appointments are reserved exclusively for each client. We understand that schedules can change, and we are happy to accommodate cancellations and rescheduling when given adequate notice. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Your deposit may be applied toward your appointment when our 24-hour cancellation policy is followed. Deposits are otherwise non-refundable. NO-CALL/NO-SHOW POLICY A no-call/no-show is defined as failing to arrive for your scheduled appointment without contacting Timeless Vitality in advance. If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide notice: Your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required before another appointment can be scheduled. Repeated no-call/no-shows may result in future appointments requiring full payment in advance or may limit our ability to accept future bookings. We understand that genuine emergencies can happen. Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of management. By booking an appointment with Timeless Vitality, you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation and no-call/no-show policies.
